Terms and conditions
Placeholder, needs Mel's approved wording
These headings mirror the existing site so nothing is lost in the move. The binding terms, especially notice periods, freezes and the joint membership conditions, need to be confirmed against the new booking and payments provider before go-live.
Membership
Monthly memberships run on a rolling basis. Six and twelve month memberships are paid up front in exchange for a discount on the monthly rate. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Joint membership
Joint membership gives 10% off each of two memberships. It requires both members to live at the same postal address and for both memberships to be paid from a single payment card. If either condition stops being met, including one member cancelling, the remaining membership reverts to the standard rate.
Payments
Membership fees are collected on the same date each month via our payments provider. It's your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date in your account.
Cancellations & freezes
Notice periods and freeze arrangements are set out in your membership agreement. If something changes, whether that is injury, illness or a change of circumstances, talk to us before cancelling and we'll do what we can.
Class bookings
Classes are booked through our booking system and spaces are limited. Please cancel in good time if you cannot attend so someone else can take the space.
Health & safety
You must tell us about any medical condition, injury or medication that could affect your training, and keep us updated if that changes. Follow the instructions of the coaching team at all times and use the equipment as shown.
Programmes & courses
Programmes such as the All Woman 6-week programme and PT Academy courses have their own booking terms, including deposits and refund conditions, which are set out at the point of booking.
Conduct
We're a friendly, supportive gym and we expect everyone to keep it that way. We reserve the right to end a membership where behaviour affects the safety or enjoyment of other members or staff.
